All previously markdown yarns are $2.00 all day! Previously markdown sweaters are $10.00. This is a perfect time to stock-up on yarns and get those summer projects going.
Come early and start your project under our tent as we observe “Knit in Public Day” at Creative Warehouse.
This year we are honored to share our tent with Janet from the “Audrey and Griff Scarves for the Animal Rescue League”. Janet knits beautiful scarves. She then sells them and all the profits go to the Animal Rescue League of Boston. Our $2.00 yarns are perfect for this project, we will have patterns in the tent and Janet will be there to teach you how to make these simple but lovely scarves. Buy a raffle ticket and win one of Janet’s scarves.
Artful Color, Mindful Knits a new book by Laura Militzer Bryant of Prism yarns is here! Finally a guide to understanding hand-dyed yarns, this pattern book gives knitters and crocheters the edge they need to stitch with confidence.
And finally the Zoom Looms from Schacht Spindle Co are here! For those of you that remember the Weavette this is for you! It is an updated version, a little loom you can carry around with you and make 4" squares. What you can do with the squares is endless and so much fun!

Weaving: Tuesday May 7 and 21, 7:00 pm.
May 7 will focus on loop pile, rya knots, and cut wefts. Students will need a pick up stick for the cut weft technique.
May 21 will focus on project finishing.
